This is an all levels class - beginners are welcome
Enjoy the deep relaxation and healing of Reiki while connecting and bringing balance to the body through gentle restorative yoga. We will begin with an oracle card pull to set the intention for our time together. Ashley will guide us through a gentle restorative yoga flow to connect in to our bodies, ease tension and bring us into a joyful relaxed state. During this time, Rachel will channel Usui/Holy Fire/New Earth Reiki to support deeper relaxation, stress relief and to bring in harmony and balance to the mind, body and spirit.
Reiki is a gentle, natural modality that promotes healing by reducing stress and fostering relaxation. The meaning of Rei is universal, and Ki means life force energy. When our life force energy is low or there is a restriction in its flow, we are at greater risk of dis-ease. Reiki brings a healthy flow of Ki to support the body's immune system and increases the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
About Ashley:
Ashley Winkelspecht, Founder of Earth Nourishment Foods transitioned from a career in Athletic training to Holistic Wellness. Ashley loves to share her passions, teachings, and experiences, weaving together both western and eastern practices to support others restore balance to their body and mind, improve their health and well-being and open to the light and love within through and integrative approach to healing. Her natural gifts of healing, energy work, body wisdom, deep connection with the earth and love for cooking have led her to practicing as a Yoga instructor, Pilates instructor, Reiki practitioner, mindful movement guide, Ayurvedic Chef, health coach and earth steward.

What is your shipping policy?
We offer free domestic shipping within the U.S. for orders over $35. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible and ship Monday - Friday.
Reducing our environmental impact is a value at The Rooted Spirit. We try our best to use environmentally friendly packing material and not create new plastic waste. Most packages are shipped without plastic. However if you do find plastic packing material in your order rest assured it has been reused.
Our Return Policy
All domestic and international sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations. We do not reimburse for lost, damaged, missing or stolen items. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance at the time of purchase.
