We offer free domestic shipping within the U.S. for orders over $35. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible and ship Monday - Friday.

Reducing our environmental impact is a value at The Rooted Spirit. We try our best to use environmentally friendly packing material and not create new plastic waste. Most packages are shipped without plastic. However if you do find plastic packing material in your order rest assured it has been reused.

All domestic and international sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations. We do not reimburse for lost, damaged, missing or stolen items. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance at the time of purchase.

Please note these crystals are natural in nature and rarely perfect. They are creations of mother earth and we believe their imperfections add to their personality. Photos are never altered and we try our best to photograph all angles in natural light. Perfection is not guaranteed. These are natural items that may contain variations and imperfections.

It is our belief that mother nature does it best. We do not offer any heat treated, dyed or aura coated material. Everything offered at the The Rooted Spirit is the way nature indeed for it to be, all natural.
