What is your shipping policy?
We offer free domestic shipping within the U.S. for orders over $35. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible and ship Monday - Friday.
Reducing our environmental impact is a value at The Rooted Spirit. We try our best to use environmentally friendly packing material and not create new plastic waste. Most packages are shipped without plastic. However if you do find plastic packing material in your order rest assured it has been reused.
Our Return Policy
All domestic and international sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations. We do not reimburse for lost, damaged, missing or stolen items. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance at the time of purchase.
